there is a requiremnet in quebec immigartion, that if your profession is goverened by a professional order and you have practiced your training, then you should get Declaration in a profession goverened by professional order in quebec.

i have studied Chemistry, and my profession does fall in professional order, but i have not practiced it and also i dont fulfill the criteria to get that certificate from them.

is it mandatory or optional? will it effect my application? anyone who knows, please do answer....im very worried..
