Quebec Investor application from Pakistan

I applied in September 2010, in last category where net worth should be CAD$ 800000.00, my document acceptance received in December 2010, it's been approx. year, I didn't get any response for interview call,
As per other discussion forums, there are very confusing rumors for QIIP, some peoples say it will take more than another 6 to 8 months minimum, some says it's in dead log and QIIP not working on previous files till next year,
Anyone can help me other experience from Pakistan, or share some official information about QIIP?

If you have applied in September 2010, then expect somewhere around mid 2012 for an interview schedule. For QIIP, applications of $1.6M are more important than old applications of $0.8M.

There are various roomers, some forum quote that those who applied in last category (net worth 800k) will wait approx. 2015 or 2016, some sources says it's before July 2012, I send email to QIIP but they always send general reply,
Is there any forum where we can get response from other member who applied nearby 2010, or expert response with official updates?

June 2010 applicants are called for interviews now.
July 2010 applicants are expected in Dec/Jan.

i applied federal investor on jan 2008 ,till now i didnt even get documents request .case was transfer to london march 2011.

would any body please have any idea when will i get documents request?
