TO ALL QUEBEC APPLICANTS - DAMASCUS OFFICE?  I need your answers for below question please!! Does any know if interviews for QUEBEC applicants through Damascus office held in Damascus Syria or Abu Dhabi - UAE? I have called QUEBEC Damascus and they have advised me that my interview will be in 2 months time and going to be held in ABU DHABI - UAE? Is it true? Many thanks in advance........ Mef |

To be honest with you, i have received a letter stating that your file is ready and shall be sorted for interview after 50 days from the AOR, I have called to clarify and they advised that i will reciev another letter to specify interview date and time within 2 months, i am expecting to recieve the letter any time nowadays......

2nd AOR was on 16th May 2010, after that i have sent fax and e-mail to clarify interview details, they have advised my by answering my phone call that my interview will be within 2 months .........
I have called them on 2nd July 2010.

Today and after 3 months waiting after AOR, I have receive fax letter stating that my interview will be on 11th October 2010 at the Canadian Embassy - Damascus.................

1-what are normal processing times for quebec acceptance and then to get PR?
2-Is French compulsory for Quebec? Do we need to learn before landing? Do we need to submit French Certificate to get acceptance from Quebec?
