QUEBEC INLAND APPLICANTS

Hello everyone. I got a quick question for those who have applied inland from Quebec. When you recieve the letter from CIC to forward to MICC. is it directed to the SPONSOR or the SPONSORED? in any case what if I moved ? The address from the person being sponsored has been updated but not the one for the SPONSOR, are they related or DO i have to call and update the SPONSOR's address? Thank You in advance.
