Quebec income scale?

Me and my girlfriend are weighing our application options to get me a permanent residency.  Looking at the outbound sponsorship guide here at the end it mentions a Quebec income scale.  We're in Nova Scotia and we're wondering if we should worry about that at all?  If it makes any difference it's just me.  No children or anything coming with.

Don't worry about it. Someone sponsoring a spouse or common-law/conjugal partner does not have to meet the income requirements.
