My consultant is appling my case for Quebec PR. As explained by him, it would take 2 yrs to secure PR after I work at Quebeck.

As Quebeck being French speaking province, before I proceed would like to know if there are any certain rules involved in this process for Quebec immigration are deterrant in getting Canadian Citizenship; compared to applying PR for other province ?

Also he mentioned, but not sure when ... that one could also work in US. So is this something if you have PR from Quebec you are also allowed to work in US ?

Quebec is a province in Canada so there is no Quebec PR, just Canadian PR.

Having Canadian PR does not allow you to work in the US.  It doesn't even make you visa exempt to visit the US.  I think you should look for a new consultant or skip the consultant and do it yourself.
