Yogie a final doubt. In the Area of training document that contains details of the courses and points, can I claim points from Quebec degrees section or do I have to claim from foreign degree section? Because in the quebec degree section, it says quebec degree or equivalent. Please clarify this.

My Questions:
1.   Can I meet the minimum point's standard?
2.   Any sincere suggestion for lodging a formal immigration to concerned authorities.
3.   Can I claim IELTS exemption on the basis of my degreeMy wife has completed BSc(Bachelors in Science) and she is houswife with no any job experience.3 points for your wife's degree if awarded in last 5 years.

If your wife is less than 35 yrs of age then 3 points more.

I am sure you can understand from this that how much are you getting...you need at least 57 points whether your family accompanies you or not. so make sure you are getting this 57 points. Enroll to a french language institute and start learning french at least reach to A2 level when you are going to interview. Make sure you are getting 57 points before lodging your application.

No, you can not claim any points from Quebec degree/equivalents section of the AOT for your any Indian degrees. It is only applicable if your Degree/Diploma is .....

- A Canadian diploma (if it is issued by the minister responsible for education or by a university of a Canadian province or territory);

- A foreign diploma recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body, except if it is a medical diploma;

- A foreign diploma or training leading to the practice of a regulated profession or trade in Québec, if you have already received authorization to practise this occupation in Québec;

- A training certificate that falls under a Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) concluded within the framework of a mutual recognition agreement regarding professional qualifications with another government, for the practice of a profession governed by a professional order in Québec. You must possess the legal ability to practise required under this arrangement and this arrangement must have been implemented. Note that France is the only country with which such an agreement has been concluded;

- A foreign diploma or training that falls under an MRA that allows for the practice of a regulated occupation in Québec, if the Québec regulatory body attests that you meet the required training conditions and, if applicable, the professional experience required to practise this occupation.

    them the letter ,obtained from the College, that you have completed your degree in English Medium.

2) The credentials of my wife are still applicable since she is not accompnaying me for immigration. Yes, it is thoroughly applicable whether your wife accompany with you or not.
