  @   nn234,

I am not an expert, but I will be more than happy to share whatever information I have.

I think, it takes 1.5 to 2 months on an average to receive AOR. Please refer to the following QSW tracker for timelines created by one of the forum members: http://bit.ly/qswtracker

Thanks!

Yes i have applied for QSW last year and got result of DELF A2.
I did ask HK BIQ regarding to result. And they replied as below
Kindly note that we accept the original certificate/ diploma only.

lets see what they reply to me..... I have even scanned them a copy of my Attestation de Reussite so that they can understand what I am asking properly. I think Attestation de Reussite must be ok because it is also an original document ... but lets see what they tell  Smiley

hi raghav,
As per previous update, BIQ HK was processing applications received till October-2010. Latest update says, presently there are no interview scheduled for India.
pls check below link:

There is one interview mission scheduled for HK from August 27, 2012 to Oct 5, 2012, but it is less chances that applicants like us who applied in later half of year 2011 will get our turn for interview in this schedule.
May be we will be called in next interview mission. Still not announced, but I guess it will be in ND in Nov-Dec 2012.

Hi MK,

Thanks for the update mate. I too was following the same link to interview progress so far. Seems line QSC is becoming very popular now and hence the delay. I do hope (sincerely) that the call comes within this year.

Till then, preparing for the D-Day.

Hi there.
I think they dont  accept the attestation only, maybe, not unless you  didnt claim points for french. but if you do, send the  diploma.

Immigration économique: Québec ferme la porte

Publié le 13 juillet 2012 à 05h00 | Mis à jour à 05h00

http://www.lapresse.ca/le-soleil/affaires/actualite-economique/201207/12/01-4543191-immigration-economique-quebec-ferme-la-porte.php?utm_categorieinterne=trafficdrivers&utm_contenuinterne=cyberpresse_hotTopics_sujets-a-la-une-soleil_1667938_section_POS3

hehe, i think there's no other way to get the diploma faster but to wait 5months as being promised. like in my case, I submitted my applcation before dec 6 i submitted my  certifications of enrolment only but i didnot claim points for my french, then last Feb of this year I took the delf exams, after 2 weeks  i received  my attestation certificates and sent it to biq HK. i waited 3months to get the diploma, then Submitted it again to biqHK.

Hi ..... thanks for the reply ... but for me I do not make enough points without French so I cannot submit my application before I receive my diploma .... but then when can the department give you AOR ?? I think they can only give that when all the documents are complete ?? When did you receive your AOR?? Which country are you from ?? I am from India

I have a question from you guys and appreciate your answers.
I live in Quebec and I very recently received my CSQ and sent my documents for the Federal level. the problem is I have to leave outside of Quebec (still in Canada though) for more than 6 months and I was very worried if it's gonna be a problem. Considering (IMM 0008 Schedule 5 (Intent to reside declaration for Quebec Skilled Workers) form that I signed I know that if the authority figure it out my application will be most probably declined. I wanted to know is there any one who has done the same thing (leaving Quebec between CSQ and Federal stage)? if I do it low key (and don't let them know about it) how can they figure it out?
