Hello All,

Just joined the forum after doing quite a lot of reading on Quebec immigration.

However still kind of confused regarding the areas of training and education.

My details below:-

Age: 28
Education: Bsc Mathematics (Full Time) / MBA - General (Distance Education) from India completed in 2004 and 2006 respectively
Currently working as a Programme management office (PMO) Analyst in an IT company which I consider is relevant to what I have studied (MBA)
Total Work Experience: Just Over 6 years
English: Good.
French: Just Started to learn
Marital Status: Married

Details of Spouse

Age: 29
Education: Msc in Medical Documentation
Work Experience: Worked as a Medical record Technician - relevant to her studies
Total Work Experience:  3 years
English: Good
French: Just started to learn.

Could any one of the experts suggest if I am eligible to apply for Quebec Immigration.  I did try in the quebec website and it states I am eligible. However would want to confirm from some of the experts in the forum.

Dear Ambi,

Thank your for your reply. If need to get 57 points how many points in IELTS and what level of French is required.

Is it A2 is mandatory for me? if I clear A1 then how many points I will get. As per your assessment I am getting 7 points shortage. Can you pls provide points calculation system for IELTS and DELF.

Thank you in advance.

Hi oracle2012,

This is not something serious, so don't worry Smiley.. I left it black because it doesn't apply to my case.

I am not an expert in this field, but I think if she got acceptance letter from a university or college then she can apply to change her visit visa to student visa.

If you are also staying in Canada as a student or a worker, you can sponsor her.
