I want to ask you regarding the interview if you appeared in that How was the experience can you share here?First of all you are citizen from which country and where u r living now becasue all visa office have different time scale to send AOR like if u apply from england and your BIQ is paris then u have to wait atleast 3 + months for your AOR and if your BIQ is HONK KONG or US then u can expect your AOR within 2 months.

check the link below about my interview experience

Hello,

I am very much confused regarding my file and calculating my work experience. My details are as below:

AGE: 29yrs.
Education : Bcom (accounting & audit) completed in Nov 2004.
Work experience:

(A) India: I have worked for one yr i.e Dec 2004 to Dec 2005 in accounts dept.
(B) South Africa: I went to SA under student visa in Jan 2006. I worked part-time with a shipping company under accounts department from Feb 2006 to June 2009. From July 2009 I got Work permit and worked Full time from JULY 2009 to June 2011.

Language: English - Fluent (as I have studied and worked under English Medium).
French - I have just enrolled with AF.

I have calculated 45 or 47 points based on the calculation of my work exp considered.

Based on this Please help me Where do I stand? And When shall I submit my file? Shall I submit now and update A1 & A2 results later?

My main Concern is what will be my Work experience points? Will my accounting experience in 2005 will be calculated?

Stillhope/ Mr. Shah or anybody please help me in my case.

Thanks,
Rochelle.

Hi Rochelle,
No need to get confused. Pls check this link:
http://www.canadavisa.com/quebec-skilled-worker-immigration.html

You can calculate your own points here based on the detailed information on the site. It will also help you in understanding the entire process much better.

Regarding your work experience and points for it, you should have all the exact details of your work exp you are claiming points for:
what designation you worked, how many hours per week for each designation and all salary slips, all contracts of employments, any relieving/ resignation letters etc.
Then only you will be able to claim points for total work exp you are claiming.

Also you should get the letter from employer mentioning the job responsibilities you handled during your employments from each employer you worked with. It should be on the letterhead of employer. This will be helpful in claiming points for Area of Training.

In case, if your file is sent without related supporting documents, then may be they will ask for missing docs at later stage and thus your file processing time will be delayed more.

So, I am sure this info is useful to you. Smiley

As it says...
Notes:
Work experience must have been accumulated during the five years preceding the application date.

Yes, it is correct. As per mentioned on quebec immigration website, your work experience preceding 5 years from date of application will be considered for awarding points for work experience as well as for AOT .
That means, you should have 5 years from 2006 to 2011.
I am sure this info is useful to you.

I will really appreciate if you can provide me with that.If its ok with you i can share my mail address with you.
