First of all thank you so much for replying me.

Dear Still Hope ...

I guess you also applied from London few months back ... Tell me few more things please ...

you mentioned only London visa office is processing applications of Quebec skilled worker from Pakistan ... so here you mean to say after getting CSQ , every Pakistani can only apply in London Visa Office for remaining procedure... am i right Huh

Secondly as per your experience what do you think if we submit our application with TEFaQ results, is it possible they will not call for interview ... Huh

and if I get CSQ before the Uk Visa expiry and then I go back Pakistan and contact Hong kong office ... so is it possible they can process my remaining case Huh

Can you please elaborate bit more about Area of training Priority Huh I dint get what you have mentioned there ....

thank you again for you quick response ...

lemme explain you my situation ...

My age is 24 ...

I did Matriculation , then ICS (2 years intermediate studies ) then started graduation in Pakistan, as in Pak there is 4 years uni graduation but I did my 1st three years from Pak and last year studies UK University, finally i got my UK graduate degree. It is BA (hons) in Business Administration.

I don't need to claim Ielts points because my degree was issued by UK university and medium of communication was English. (i guess its mention on quebec website also)

I have around more than 2 years of experience ... 1 year during studies and 1 year full time experience.
It is related to degree.

As i will do TEFaQ test also for french language ... (I can get beginning level marks)

Financial requirement can be fulfilled.

No relative there , no job offer letter is available ...

so what do you say after all this ... Huh

If I'm not mistaken, the DELF exam scheduled in October in AF Manila is DELF PRO, which is different from DELF A1, A2, etc.

ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS MY FRIEND? OH MY! HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS...I EMAILED THEM AND THEY KEPT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND THAT I THOUGHT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT SAME THING! TSK! ARE YOU TRYING TO TAKE THE DELF AS WELL SOON?

 @  gigianne2011

If your previous employer wouldn't give you a COE or a JD just include a written explanation and photocopies of your payslips and employment contract. That would be sufficient enough to prove that you were employed during those months.

Good luck on your exam. I hope you'll get a good score. Don't worry about your unemployment for now. I'm also unemployed for a while now and I'm not sure if it would go against me during the interview but what can I do? A lot of nurses here in our country are either underemployed, unemployed or employed but with insufficient salary to have a decent living. That's one of the main reasons why I want to work in Montreal.

P.S.

You've let a couple of Filipino words slip on your post. We're in an international forum so please speak English so that other members can benefit from out posts and conversations too Smiley Peace!

(:DOH IM SO SORRY FOR THIS)

ENEWAYS, THANKS FOR YOUR ADVICE YOU ARE VERY CORRECT! I AM GOING TO SECURE THOSE DOCUMENTS THERE, i BELIEVE I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THOSE FROM MY EMPLOYER...  ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH "DOLE NURSE" Huh BECAUSE I WORKED WITH THEM FOR 6 MONTHS... BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO ASK FROM THEM...

 @ gigianne2011

Yes. You're under the Department of labor and employment so why don't you ask for the COE and JD from your supervisor? I'm sure they'll assist you as long as you're in contact with them. Were you one of those nurses that served as a community health nurse or were you stationed in a small government hospital or clinic? Either way you just need to go back there and ask where you can get the certificates concerning your employment under the DOLE.

Good luck!

Yogie

Hi Yogie

I referred the links which you sent  for fidning the location of my CSQ application. However again I have one confusion

I came here with a Open Work Permit which was based on my husband permit as he was sent from Indian MNC to here onsite [ Skill level B]

Now according to the first link  which you mentioned

I satisy all other conditions except :

2. you possess a Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ – Québec acceptance certificate) for temporary work and a valid work permit unless you are exempted by regulation;

I have a open work permit and i got job based on that .. I wasnt given any CAQ .

However on the same site i see this link  [ Not able to post link as per the forum rules i think]

" If your spouse intends to work in Québec and you have been hired for a period of six months or less for a skilled job (employment skill level of 0, A or B under the National Occupational Classification), he or she may submit an application for a work permit to the Canadian visa office that serves your country of residence. The Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) is therefore not required."

This is what exactly is my case I think

I just wanted to confirm if i m right in assuming that i dont need a CAQ and can apply through Quebec office only in this case .

Thanks a lot for your help

Dear Quebec2011:
I have been living in UK since last 4 years. My two other friends who are planning with me are in UK for the last 6 and 2 years respectively.   Does it really matter how long we are living in UK? We all are on Post Study work visa which is expiring in September and October 2012.
Thanks.

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/temporary-workers/obtaining-authorizations/applications-spouse.html

I have a open work permit and i got job based on that .. I wasnt given any CAQ .

Thanks a lot for your help

Hi guys,

I would like to ask one more question regarding to AOR. Would BIQ also send confirmation of AOR by email, or only by post?

Thank you in advance.
