IQ means "Immigration Quebec".

If your area of training is in the priority list then you will get priority treatment otherwise you are in queue my friend.

Good luck

Hi, please confirm whether HR is in priority list or not?

Thank You Ambi1775. So nice of you.

Dear Ambi1775/StillHope

I have one more question. Is it possible that my and my wife's points are 61 (including 6 points of interview) for all criteria except french language and we took admission in french language and then send our application just showing them that we have taken admission in french classes to reach required 63 points. and later we will submit our french language results. Is it possible or they will reject our application straightaway because our points are not 63 but 61 at the time of submission of application. hope you got my points. please explain.

Thank you

Hello Seniors,
Please pay extra attention on my post. My brother wants to apply for Quebec immigration. He has completed undergraduate studies Bacelors of statistics (16 Years of studies) . he has no job experience, english proficieny ~ Intermediate, French knowledge ~ Non. No training etc. I am sure he is not eligible for the case, but he talked to some consultant who said him you are eligible. I just want to know how many Immigration Programmes are for Quebec and is there any way for his success. Please give me an explainatory answer what he should do. your replies will be appreciated.

thanks in advance.

So u have atleast 6 months to pass that exam and to send them

good luck

Thanks for the reply.

Age: 24, Bachelors completed in December 2010, I think he can get 6 or 6.5 in Ielts, and can try to learn very basics of French. By the way, can you give me the idea that what is the overall policy for quebec? Because we have heard that getting Quebec's PR is more easier that's why he wants to apply there. Even he contacted to a consultant, who said him that you are eligible for the PR, just pay my fees and submit documents so that we can process your case. Please explain you answer, while replying. thanks in advance

Dear Seniors,

Hope you all are fine. I tried this year to reach the CAP for NOC-1122. But could not make it. My application is returned due to cap reached. In fact, fact i was late also.

Now i am thinking whether i can apply under QSW Program.

Could you please help me by evaluating my eligibility? I tried it in the QC Website, but, i am not understanding the area of Training:

1. My Qualification : Secondary 10 years + Higher Secondary 2 years + Graduation (B.Com (Hons) in Management) 3 years + Post Graduation (M.Com in Management) 1 year = total 16 years full time education. I passed out in 1997.

2. Area of Training : I did not understand it. I am working since 1995. I am with my recent employer since 2001 (10 years) and now I am in the position of "Senior Consultant, Operations Management". This comes under NOC - 1122. I am working in a huge Textile company (Fabrics and Garments manufacturer) and I am In-charge of this whole plant to manage everything there ... HR, Logistic, Production. I like to learn how I may select my Area of Training.

3. Experience : 15 years continuous service experience

4. Present Occupation - Senior Consultant-Operations Management in a Textile Industry (Matches with NOC-1122)

5. Age - 39 Years

6. English Language - IELTS - Score 7.0

7. French - I will join soon in AF. If i am not wrong I need to sit for The "TCF pour le Quebec", or TCF for Quebec, which has been specially designed to be consistent with the standards of the Ministry of Immigration (MICC) of Quebec, and is only intended for people wishing to settle in Quebec.
The TCF for Quebec includes two examinations:

•   listening comprehension (30 questions). Duration of examination: 30 minutes
•   spoken expression (6 questions). Duration of examination: 15 minutes

8. Fund - Sufficient

9. My Wife is Housewife, Age 34, Masters in English. My wife has completed 16 years full time education (Secondary 10 + Post Secondary 2 + Graduation 3 + Post Grad 1). She has no job experience.

10. My kids are of 8 years and 1 Year older.

11. When should I obtain CSQ and how?

12. I do not have any job offer neither have any relative in Canada.

My all papers are ready. If you kindly give me some tips I may able to forward the application asap. It is written in Canada Visa that "An applicant can qualify under any occupation under the Quebec Skilled Worker category. Currently, all occupations are open and a job offer from a Canadian employer is not required to be eligible."

At this I am very much enthusiastic. Kindly advice. Just need what are the steps to go ahead.

Sorry for a Big message . Actually i am very much disappointed at the failure this year.

I will be very much grateful if someone experience come out to guide me.

Thanks again
