how long will it take to immigrate to quebec as an entrepeneur?

just a rough estimate will do

I've applied in 18 -aug-2007. after 6 month later I got file number. till date nothing progres. what about you bro. If you get any information plz post me. I'm waiting to hear from your improvement.

Notice to all people planning to move to Quebec,Learn French,Dont think Quebec is Bilingual with the exception of some parts of Montreal,It is Unilingual in French,With only one official Language French used in Schools,Business etc.Many people do not realize that Quebec is a nation within a United Canada,To quote our PM Stephen Harper with its own National Assembly and institutions and the Bloc planning to issue Quebec passports if they return to power.You are moving into a French Nation within Canada
