richie_123,
1. there are 2 steps to immigrating to Quebec.
1 - Getting the CSQ: these days it takes around 18 months
2 - applying for the federral stage, basically security checks, medicals, stamping. this takes about 6 months (minimum) depending on VO
2. Not like the Federal list, but something exists. You need to score 6 or 12 points for the occupation thingie to be eligible to apply.
3. This is also a PR visa. Your question is not very clear.
4. Its a francophone society. french is a big deal there, so if you dont know french your chances are quite dim. BUT there is also Anglophones and montreal is a pretty  diverse place and you can survive without french too. If you want to succeed you should learn french. gets you more points too. For specific job info, check the jobsites.

You may want to follow this thread.

Hi vibez_well,

Thank you for quick and positive reply. The 3rd question I was referring to was, does PR visa has a validity unlike the student visa? For example, from date and to date.

Yes, I'll take up French language class because it will an added advantage.

1. Could you please help me out with some job web sites in Montreal?
2. Suggest/advice, any consultancy who can process my application to Quebec in Hyderabad, India?

Regards,
Richie

 @ richie_123,

For your 2nd question, there is Y-axis Immigration Consultancy near Nagarjuna circle in HYD. BUT, I am not sure about the quality of service they offer.

My advice would be that you do some research and apply on your own. The following information is taken from Canada's official immigration website:

You do not need to hire an immigration consultant. It is up to you. Your application will not be given special attention or guaranteed approval if you use a consultant.

All the forms and information that you need to apply for a visa are available for free on this website. If you follow the instructions in the application guide, you can complete the application forms and submit them on your own.

But, if you HAVE TO go with a consultant for lack of time, choose wisely. Ultimately, it is your decision. Refer to Quebec's immigration website: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html for additional information. Good Luck!!

If u r planning to hire consultant, please agree that in case of any refusal due to their mistake, the fees should not be paid.
Still its a suggestion to workout urself thru this forum.
8 out of 10 will be fraud consultant who are not committed and simply charge.

 @ coolguy,

I do agree but I'm confused by observing all the rules. I need a straight view so that I can walk through it.

Is there any particular job occupation list for Quebec PR? If so, please let me know.
