Dear Friends, I'm happy to report that I finally received my aor with new file number today via mail. It took 3 days for it to arrive to the US from Paris. They're reviewing my file and will inform me of the results when they're done. I feel so much better!!!!!!!! Now, the real waiting begins.........  Good luck to all of us! |

In fact one of the issue is that Montreal transfers the files only when they have enough (about 20)........so I was told on Thursday that my transfer of March 16 was sent only last week.........I just received my AOR also dated May 2nd..... And we should have next step in the same time as we are July 2010 files!!!!!!!!!! Let me know when you got news... Thanks and good luck for the CSQ! |

Dear all,
I live in Greece. i applied for a CSQ too (with my wife), my Immigration office is Paris too.
My application was filed 09 Feb 2011 and ive got my AOR on 28 March 2011.
I'm waiting for my interview date...i hope ill get news soon, cause im planning of attending French schools in Montreal (in order to be familiar with the life there too), before my interview, if this is feasible of course (with my work etc etc).
I am a IT Professional, studied Computing and Information Systems (BSc) in England, finished 10 years ago, and working since then.
Unfortunately i dont have and MSc degree...
Good luck to all, and keep in touch for any news about interview dates etc etc.

Hey
Happy to announce that i got my second AOR last week after sending again the application fee, since the first draft i sent was returned. I sent the draft on March 22 2011 and BIQ Paris recieved on April the 2nd. They then sent the confirmation reciept of the draft and AOR dated April 14 which i recieved by mail on 2nd May 2011. So far so good considering that my application was in October 22 2010, got first AOR with missing documents in November. Sent the missing documents in december, then the draft got rejected and returned in February, made another draft in march and now from this current AOR its stated that my file is now complete and is being reviewed. I am putting my fingers crossed as i pray for an interview waiver coz my french is just awuful! wish me luck guys.
My advice still PATIENCE is a virtue in this process. Good luck everybody

Can any one tell me is this delay normal for Paris office?it depends upon your area of training,if that is in priority then u will get very soon or if is not in priority then you have to wait some time.
i received my confirmation after 4 months from paris Is there a way to ask them whether they have received my application package or not did you send your application by registered post or courier then check with them that when they deliever your application and or check your they deduct your payment or not.
?
