Quebec CSQ - Can't find my major on the list?

Right now I'm gathering info on trying to get a QSC for Quebec. The main problem I'm running into is that my degree doesn't seem to be listed on any of their lists, or the online tests?

I graduated from an American university with a 4-year degree in Advertising and Marketing, with a minor in East Asian Languages and Literature (Japanese).

The list has 'Business Management' or 'Business Management and Administration'. They're close, but not exact, which is why I'm wary about how many points I can obtain from it. Or do I not get any points from it?
Does anyone know the proper title and/or amount of points I would receive? Also, I'm assuming that having a minor doesn't allot me any extra points?

If your degree is not on the preferred list of training, then you get zero points. However, you'll get 10 points for your bachelor's degree education.
