Sure thing. Here is a break-down of my points.
EducationUndergraduate diploma attesting to 3 or more years of full-time studies
10 pointsExperience24 to 35 months
6 pointsAge18 to 35 years of age
16 pointsFrench LanguageListening - high beginner
3 pointsSpeaking - high beginner
3 points
English languageListening - advanced
3 pointsSpeaking - advanced
3 pointsStay in Quebec
0 pointsFamily in QuebecPotentially 3 points? I have a boyfriend that lives in Quebec that I am moving to be with. However, since we are not married, I'm not sure about this. I could easily get documentation that proves that we are a legitimate couple.
Financial self-sufficiency
1 pointThat brings me to 45 points. The main problem is my training. Marketing/Advertising are not listed as-is on there. I would argue that my degree is a lot like 'business management' (section B - 12 points), but I don't know if I could put that down or not?
My minor in college was translation (section C - 6 points). However, it was not my major, but my minor. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not?
I can pass the first screening of 42 points. However, since I only have 45, even with the additional six points, I still can't make the 55 without knowing what my education is considered.
Thanks for all your help, egrace62.
