Quebec - Can I rely on this? Please help.

Hi everyone,
I hold a two years full time “graduate trainee claim adjuster” experience found in (NOC 1233) after my BSc Mathematics obtained outside the UK.  BUT that experience was before my MSc. Actuarial Science study's in the UK. I have not a relevant experience after my MSc on the NOC list yet. Can I rely on my experience after BSc. in the past four to five years?  
Please help.
