I am currently in USA with a valid F1 Visa, with a 2 year old US american citizen daughter. My Spouse is currently seeking Political asylymn here in US.  My Quebec skilled worker application was returned as incomplete, missing valid residence  proof of my spouse.  Here are my questions:

Could I apply alone, without my spouse and my child accompanying me?  If yes, is my Spouse's  proof of residence still required?

My Spouse has the option of returning to her own country ( Albania) at her own recognance, without an order of deportation. If she does return, could I then reapply ? Will we go to separate interviews, if the case advances?

Since the case was returned incomplete, without being processed, what option do I check on the Application, where it asks, whether you applied before and whether the case was approved or rejected?

Thank you in advance. Please be free to asks for any further explanations.
