Are these the only forms i need to fill;

1. application for selection certificate
    -pricipal applicant & spouse
2.  contract respecting financial self-sufficiency
3. declaration by a candidate practicing a regulated profession or trade in quebec
4. appendix-decleration by spouse or de facto spouse

also assist with the address i need to send the form to in Paris.

@ Ngolo,I tink dats it but include paymnt of fee and make sure you sign d quebec culture & value form with d protectn of data form,they are part of the applicatn form for you & your spouse.The address in Paris is as below:

Pls check d website for update as some BIQs e.g. Hong Kong are requesting addition of form imm008,which is actually for federal application.Just confirm though not required by BIQ Paris when i chechd last week Friday.Gud luck.

I hope you knw dat you need to certify or notorise all your supporting docs with d photo pages of ur int. Passports?

Help with these question:
  1. I have just been told by my employer that they dont issue immigration letter to existing staff of the company. Please, will employment letter, confirmation letter and pay slip be enough for the job certificate.
2. what about the job description? Do write it myself and attach the documents mentioned above?
3. I have gotten two of my wife transcripts, but i can't collect the last one, as the institution (law school) said they are sending it to the requesting institution themselves. Will that not delay processing or make Paris return the application for incompletness?

Please assist.

hello Sleekby,there is Alliance Francaise  @  Casino B/Stp,Yaba.Regardng ur wife's transcrpt send d availble once now & later u send other wen u get ur file & ref nos. which u giv to d Law Sch. If u ve ur french cert include,if nt u can quote basic level in ur application and submit while u prepare for ur french exam.As per english u can submit a letter from ur school stating dat course was taught in english.Also ur employment contract letter,payslips,confirmatn letter etc are enough to send with ur application,if askd for employer referenc leta u explain later to them.Just make sure u notorise ur docs.I hope this suffuces.U can e-mail if finding it difficult doing ursef:razaqng @ yahoo.com.Gud luck.

uuuh bro,i saw one of ur posts on another thread where u stated sending document with NIPOST . that to me is gambling oooo.... cos Nipost is not reliable....... they once lost my Foreign draft which a friend helped me to raise in America cos when i applied banks in nigeria does not issue draft in canadain dollar. but against my instructn the guy sent the drft via america-express which actually delivered the pkg to Nipost with two days nad thats all. the draft just developed wings...... ... so pls alway use any of the other couriers they may be expensive, but they also come with peace of mind.... i do use fedex and they charge like 9k.
have u tracked the pkg... av u confirmed receipt by BIQ-paris?
if  all had gone well then u really have won a lottery but i wont advice u use them again for anything o.. better safe than sorry...... cheers

I submitted my application jan 2011 and got called for interview in accra on the 7th of June, 2011. Got the CSQ same day for myself, wife and baby. I then submitted the federal part of the application on the 23 june, 2011 and nothing has been heard from accra evr since then. Pls is anyone in my shoes?
