pls be specific,however,you can check Quebec Immigration website.Just open google and type quebec immigration then click search,you select any option with home or immigration-quebec.qc.ca.You can read all applicable info there,but note that your BIQ is Paris if from nija.Gug luck.

Thank you Razakng for your interest in trying to assist others. I have wanted to use an agent from Canada, but with your assurance that one can actually do it himself, i will prepare it myself. I will get back to you, if i meet any brick wall as regard the forms and other information.

Quebec is the only province that based its programme on points as par points,but others are based on employer or family sponsorship.I believe when you package your application perfectly well you would get the selection certificate.No doubt.

Dear Noglo,pls I need to know if u're realy in nija.If u're in nija then Alliance francaise,yaba is holding delf & dalf exams in december 2011.I hope this suffices,but if not let me know so we culd discuss further.Cheers.
