I've applied for FSW-NOC-1111 in 2009. everything was going well and as usual... but on 01/06/2010 I got my rejection letter from Singapore and after that I was vary shocked at this decision. As an Accountant with pure commerce background and having excellent job experience in Biggest and prestigious organisation my job responsibilities do not satisfy the stupid V.O. but one thing I know is that When One door closed, many doors is opned" for real devotees and I think I have that passion to go to my dream country..

Now I decided to apply once again to Quebec but don't have any idea/ experience/ even I don't know the total process..
my details are as follows:

Education: 16 yrs. Spouse-16 yrs. with post graduation
Age: 33 Spouse-26
IELTS: R-6.5, L-6, S-6, W-4.5 and overall band-6
French- (to be admitted in intensive courses)
Job exp. 5 yrs. spouse- N/A
Profession: Executive, Accounts & Finance
DOB: 01/01/1978

My question to you my Honorable seniors is that, HOW CAN I START? AND WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW??
If I start any Intensive course under Alliance Francise in my country (Bangladesh) then which would be my interview place? inside my country or outside my country?

Pls. Seniors help me help me...help me to grow my dream once again.....
I am desperate to go with you in my Dreaming land Canada any how.. any way...

Thanks a lot and suggest me as your younger brother and also your forum friend..

I'm sorry for you. I suggest you don't give up. You have the right to know the full logical train of thoughts that led to your rejection. One member has posted the below link which should encourage you to argue the reasons of rejection. I suggest that you give it a shot before resubmitting new file. You won't know, there might be no real reason or some incorrect information provided, or even some wrong misinterpretation to your file.

Go thru this and see;

dont worry masmun,

1st thing to do is to go through all the info provided on the Quebec Immigration website. its pretty comprehensive and should clear all your doubts.

take an evaluation.
http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en

Make a checklist of all the documents that are required to be submitted for the CSQ application.

Bangladesh is also covered by the BIQ Hong Kong. Cant say for sure where the interview will be conducted. Maybe other Banglas who've gone thru this can advise you on it.

Enroll for french classes. its better to study, write an exam and submit the certificate along with your application.

This is another active thread where you can get a lot of information.

Here are 2 links I came across to help you get started with your french learning.

all the best. keep your spirits high. plan carefully. you will succeed.  Cool
