Hello,
I am getting ready to apply for quebec for me and my family but i have an issue that i hope someone here could help me with, any senior on this forum.
I have a brother living in quebec that i won't be able to use for adaptability cause we are not on speaking terms for years now  since i married my wife and since she had kids from a previous relationship this was a huge issue for my family.Anyways i am happily married after many years and love my kids to death wouldn't have it any other way it's his lost. But i don't want to lie saying that i don't have family there when i do..I will be able to have the points needed without him how do i handle this with immigration? Beside it's not like i can count on him to provide the papers and all.So do i need to write a letter to explain the situation? Thanks
