           I am a Electronics & Communication Engineer[ B-tech 4 Years] With 3 Years of Experience in Telecom Industry as a Switch
           Engineer. I Have Completed My Dalf A1 & A2.  Am i Eligible to Apply For Quebec as a Skilled Worker or Not.

hey stngr.... my thoughts on this..

sending the mail in french is a good idea. but in broken french could be disastrous. you are trying to convince the official to reconsider your case and points right ? then you need to be as clear as possible to put your case across. either get it written by a pro or stick to english. you've already recd an 'intention to refuse' dont mess it up.

plus they wont just award points, its all against a specific parameter. if they have gone wrong somewhere (which is most likely the case), go point by point why you should get more.

I have applied for skilled immigration in June 20 11 to BIQ Paris and fee has been deducted from my account in November2011. but so far i have not received any AOR. I became father in December 2011 andi want to add my son in my application and also claim points but my problem is i do not have my file number and have not heared from BIQ Paris so far. i wrotei to BIQ Paris in two occasions in January 2012 and Feb 2012 ansk for my file number but i have not no confirmation from BIQ Paris yet. could any body suggest me any other options because they are not replying to my written request or any contact number or email so i can inquuire directly abt the status of my application.

kash11 , you already wrote to BIQ Paris asking for status and never got a reply ? i read someplace the paris queue is pretty packed and responses are very slow. so maybe you should wait a lil more and then check again. call them up maybe. hope you included all your appl details in the mail.... nationality/passport no./ mode of payment/draft number/date/ stuff like that.... c

Thanks vibez, gonna stick with English then, I recieved a nice email from angeleye with her email to BIQ which shows how to make it short and simple to present what are you disagree with in a kind way

An old silent member in this forum......was out of station for a couple of months with busy n mine Masters degree....atlast I finished my studies.....got my certificates and yet to apply for Quebec as soon as possible after clearing the french exam.....

I see a great change n this forum of lots of members helping one to one as a family....keepppp going on from nowonwards am joining to help others as what I know from my knowledge about the process....

After 8 months of waiting they finally withdrawn application review fee!!

Actually i don't remember being so happy to see money melting away

One small step towards Quebec - feels great!
Got to do a lot of work though!
Hoping that next steps won't take too long.

BIQ HK took about a month to respond to my mail.

BIQ Hong Kong office reply my email within one day only..I got 10 more reply from BIQ HK.
