Hello Geri,

Check with your Dr. First if he is. Readdy to do medical without medical papers then it is fine other wise u have to wait for your medical request. In England and in India Doctors don't do medical unless u provide medical examination papers.

Ambi.

Thank you mkshah,
I will look at it now.

If u have enough score to qualify then u can appeal against the decisions no need to reapply. Due to only French they will not reject your application.

If possible could u please give details about your self.

Ambi

Hi, I am new.

I was rejected today, because of my french.

Can i apply again? Or wait?

Hi Maria_Sal,

Thanx osama it was certainly a good piece of information for me.
Unfortunately our application is not falling under preferred list and we score exact 57 points with no french language knowledge. That is an excellent score
is it going to b tough for us to qualify. I don't think so but you need to get 6 more points during the interview to reach the minimum requirement of 63 as married. in case of interview call how much time is on hands to learn french frm the interview call date usually you will be notified about the interview between a month to 3 months before the interview date which is not enoug at all to learn french....or should we begin learning french through a course now itself you definitely must do that, and this is what most member do here ...i mean my concern is wht if the application is rejected without any interview call... Cry with 57 you will definitely be called for an interview inshallah

Hi All,

I've been reading many pages of this post, but I couldn't find the answer to my question.
Here it goes:

I'm french and I can speak fluent english (and french obviously).
Do I need to provide an IELTS test result with my application for the visa?
Do I need to provide any french test result?

Thanks in advance for your answers,
Matthieu

Hi Robindesbois, as long as this university is accredited in Bangladesh, then there shouldn't be any problem at all as mentioned by xse2573..

This is my question too... I wonder what will happen once we submit our application for the federal step to the CIO in Nova Scotia. Who will give us the AOR? Will it be slower now that it has to go through the CIO???

Actually the time it takes to get to the interview depends on your visa office, so it might not be 1.5 years.

Basically, you need to score 63 points during the interview in order to get the CSQ. There are 6 more adaptability points that the officer can give to the candidate during the interview. Check this link for more details:
