If your employer giving you the arranged employment/validated employment is in Quebec, then you must apply for QSW. You will automatically be placed in priority processing in this case.
Thank you, cvd222. I will try applying CSQ under PEQ of QSW.

What happens if I receive job offer from outside the Quebec? Will it facilitate QSC process or it's better to reapply as Federal skilled worker? thanks
having a job offer outside quebec makes it clear that you have no intentions to stay in quebec. so the qsw process wouldnt suit you. its probably better for you to try the federal AEO route. though the checking is very strict, it should be much faster...

Being in priority means that your profession is in the list of the most in demand jobs in Canada.

This is an even better route - you should get your CSQ within 2 months maximum, without even doing an interview!

You will be fine, and will be granted your CSQ....look back a couple pages in this blog, I indicated all the information you will need to know for the interview. I think its on page 649 or 650

CSQ: Certificat de sélection du Québec (Québec selection certificate). PEQ: Programme de l'expérience québécoise (Québec experience program).

Thanks again! But I still would like to know your opinion on the following three possible options: 1. QSW under PEQ: I need to obtain French certification which may be available in April. 2. CEC: Refused due to low IELTS: I need to take new test which may be done in March. 3. FSW with AEO: I need find an AEO outside Quebec, which may be available in February. Which stream is faster and easier?
