Still Not cleared.Sir I have cleared A1 and A2 with 16 or more than 16 marks. So how many total point will I get.As per understanding I will get only 6 point Am I right?

 If I will pass  B1 with 16 or more thn as per my understandin I will get total 8 point am i right?

but what if i will pass less than 16 or more than 8 than how many point will i get?

you can see, it was clearly mentioned in sept update, lower than 16 marks fetch points of lower level but it was not written about 8 to 15 marks.

see, firstly you are looking at september update, which mentions only about 16 out of 25 rule... but here we are talking about applications sent after 6th dec, and for that you should refer to the table updated in Dec 2011. which i have posted in my prevoius mail.

say B2 exam, if you receive score below 8 to 15 then you will be given points for B1, and for score 16 or above, you will get points for B2...
surely passing score for each section is 5 marks and overall passing score is 50 for all DELF/DALF exam levels.
Also keep in mind, for QSW, we need to see scores for listening and speaking only for points consideration.

Hi janki, if you are applying for federal part after receiving CSQ, you should see Appendix A: photo specifications.

Can someone please tell me what are the minimum IELTS score bands in each field to get FULL points for English proficiency? As a fluent English speaker, should I assume I will get full points for it?

P.S. This site mentions the following but it's not for Quebec but the Federal Program:

The four sections of the IELTS (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) are measured on a Band Score system from 1-9. To receive the maximum number of points for English language ability on a Federal Skilled Worker application, applicants who are required to take the IELTS, must obtain a Band score of 7.5 or higher in the Listening component and a 6.5 or higher in the other three components.

this points are given for each section listening & speaking, so total of 3 for listening + 3 for speaking = 6 points for A2.

Thanks a lot. So 6 points for English (I'm very fluent) and 6 points for French A2, right? I've heard that they're giving 4 points for A2 though?
