So do you mean to say that it applies to bachelors degree only.. ?     
because I am having masters degree in chemistry which is more than 10 years old and also my work experience is not related to my degree. But I am having junior management position in my job profile since last 3 years.
So, ACCORDING TO THESE EXCEPTION RULES can I get this points of AOT related to my work experience in this junior management position which I hold in my current job?

if the candidate has held a management position (large groups from 01 to 09 as defined in the NOC), or if it was research professor and assistant research at the university in their area of training, and demonstrates that he performed duties directly related to their area of training, the test points will be awarded;
if the applicant has practiced a profession overqualified, but in line with its
field of training, this occupation may permit the award of Field points to the criterion of training. For example, a technician Computer practicing as an analyst-consultant computer (CNP 2171) may be awarded points for their technician diploma obtained there are more than five years.

It is not like that.
Points for AOT are awarded based on your degree is included in which Section (A, B, C, D etc) of List of Training published by quebec immigration authorities.
Based on this section, you will be given 0, 6 or 12 points for AOT.

So what should I do?do I put file or not?As per your counting it is 57 point.But if 6 points is not counted for AOT.I am not eligible even for putting file.

Please suggest.I dont understand what to do?

When you say 12pts for a masters degree, do you mean "EXTRA POINTS" or what?..please explain

Yes you will need to do "Language Testing" (French / English), if you want to get points in that areas. But I STRONGLY
recommend you to do them, becoz they might take it as an excuse to reject your file...but if you have everuthing in place

For AOT Case:
My spouse education details.

1. B.COM 1996 - 1999

2. M.B.A in Finance 2004 - 2007

Work Experience

1. 1999- 2000 worked as accounts executive (Non IT) -- Point 0 ( because this experience gained before 5 years from the time of CSQ application.
2. 2002- 2003 worked as SAP End user.(Non IT) -- SAP End user is definitely IT experience. -- 0 point -- because it is not related to B. COM, exp gained before 5 years.
3. From 2003 - Till Date working on SAP FICO in the IT company.( Note: some exp fall into before his MBA and after his MBA)-- 2003 --2004exp will not be counted as it is gained before 5 year from the time of application. 2007-2012-- exp will be counted but you have to prove SAP FICO is related to MBA Finance because Immigration people are not SAP guy.   . Hence, if you can prove then -- 2point(probable).

I would suggest to submit the application ASAP because you can get points in AOT for your degree, because it is completed within 5 years in 2007(May). If, I am not wrong. Now, it is January, 2012.

I think that MBA(Finance) is part time degree. because it takes 3 years. Hence, please confirm with BIQ Hong Kong by email that they will consider part time degree or not. Ask them also they give points part time degree or not, if MBA Finance is completed part time basis.

Kindly now calculate his AOT points as how Visa Officer will consder his degree/masters for giving the best AOT points. Also give me your suggestion reg what needs to be done in this favour.

I have  done  Bachehor In Chemical Technology  from Karachi  University  from 2002 -2005 , its  a  four  year degree  and having  following  profile;

 Qualification : 16 years of Education ( Bs in Chemical  Technology)

Experience  :  Ist  Job  2006 ro 2010 as a   R & D  Chemist ( Textile Auxiallaries)  around  4 years 2 months   and  2nd  Job :  around  2 years  from 2010  to till now as an  Asst  Technical Sales Manager ( Textile Auxiallaries)

Englisgh Language :  6.5 in   Listening and 6.5 in speaking

French : Delf A1 ( speaking 22 /25) and listening (21/25)
            Delf A2 ( Speakingg  22/25) and listening (12.5/25)      recenetly  results are  innounced   by AFK.

           Further,  Taking  class of B1Age : 30

Status: Single

Please advise  about  my  total points, i am  going to  fila case this  month.
