Dear members, as an prospective aplicant for QSW; i have 2 queries. Help from you all is very well appreciated. 1) My wife did her graduation as an external student. (I am from India and we have this facility for students; who can without attending full time college; directly appear in exam and get the bachelors degree). In this case will I be able to claim for her education.?? 2) i met one so called immiration agent yesterday; as per him although i can score sufficient score without french;i will not be able to get PR under QSW.. Is it true or he's just misleading me?? Please reply on my queries as my decision to put the application relies on these two points..

Hi Yogie, The page has certainly been updated since the last time I saw this page. Now my question is: Applicants from a lot of asian countries are not called for interview. What does it suggest. Does it mean applicants from India will directly get the CSQ delivered by post. Can anyone please clarify and explain. Thanks

Can anyone please clarify and explain.- No,it doesn't mean that applicants from India will directly get CSQ without any interview but rather it indicates that currently there are no any interviews for INDIA. But as we know that there is one mission at New Delhi in the first quarter of 2012(i.e. Jan. to March), it will be seen there in it's next update and also will be able to see that upto which month applications they would processed at that time and send call letter for the interview whose applications would be processed.
Thanks
Yogie

That's very nice to hear, thank you for sharing. So when you did take the A2, did you find it easy and did you feel prepared based on your studies and if you don't mind what was your score?
@ Really I gave Delf A2 in Feb-2011..and i scored with 84 %. Then i took exam for Delf A2 in may-2011...but at that time i cant pass it, say truly.. Then again i appeared in August-2011 and i was cleared delf a2 with 75%.. So i can say, its depends on our hardwork...i prepared well in august than compared to May.

Hello mkshah and all senior here
Please suggest me right cause of action and also send me checklist on my mail id about my case
dipali.pandya89 @ gmail.com
Points
Education (Master - Total 17 Years): 12 Points
Area of Training (Section C - Part I): 6 Points
Work Experience: More than 48 Months: 8 Points
Age (16 - 35): 16 Points
Language Proficiency (French Delf A1 & A2 Yet to Clear): 00 Points Currently taking classes at Vadodara from AF (IELTS) 00 Points Currently taking classes and will get 5.5 band for sure
Spouse Education (Bachelor Degree): 3 Points

Good morning guys, My name is Jad. I'm from Lebanon. I want to immigrate to Quebec as a Quebec Skilled Worker but I'm somehow lost about what to do. So I have a few questions and any help is really appreciated. The documents I should prepare to email them altogether are: - Application for selection Certificate. (Should I write N/A where the question doesn't concern me or just leave it blank??) - Contract Respecting Financial Self-Sufficiency. (What do u think is the minimum amount I should put if I'm going alone as a skilled worker??) - TEF/TCF and IELTS official results. - Fees (Payment by Credit Card application). Is it 406 Canadian Dollars or there is more fees ? If not what is the total amount I should certify to them in the Credit Card attached paper ? what if my CC amount is in US Dollars ? - Medical Exam from one of the official doctors whose names are in the website. (official translation in English) - Police Certificate (Official translation in English) Are these all the documents required ? any document is missing ? Any document of these stated shouldn't be sent ? What is the address I should write on the Envelope to send it for Quebec Immigration ? Any help is really appreciated. Best Regards to all. I hope to hear from you really soon coz i need to start !

hi devang3d, Congratulations buddy! It is nice to see u scoring high% in A2. If u dont mind, just I was curious to know why you attempted A2 thrice..... I know a person can take any DELF exam, any number of times he wishes, but as you mentioned here in ur post, u scored really well 84% in first time, so I was just wondering when u mentioned that u taken A2 second time. Should not u have taken higher level exam next time? @ Really
I gave Delf A2 in Feb-2011..and i scored with 84 %. Then i took exam for Delf A2 in may-2011...but at that time i cant pass it, say truly.. Then again i appeared in August-2011 and i was cleared delf a2 with 75%.. So i can say, its depends on our hardwork...i prepared well in august than compared to May.

After searching and reading regarding migrating to Quebec, i want to seek help from our seniors and non-seniors if I will be qualified for migration:
Below are my background information:
1) Qualification - Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, 2004 - from Phil., total of 14years schooling, how many points I can get to my education?
Area of training - I don't know where I belong from AOT lists.
2) Age – 36years old - 14 points
3) Work Exp - 15years (as legal secretary, Executive Secretary, office administrator) - 8 points
4) Language - IELTS (will take) French - will be enrolling to claim points
5) 2 kids (10year old & 8month old) total - 8 points 6) No relative in Quebec 7) Funds no problem 1 point
My spouse details are as follows, 1) Age – 39 - 2 points 2) Qualification - Secondary Graduate – 1992 - total of 10years schooling 3) French - will be enrolling to claim points Along with your application, if you are not submitting any results for French & / or English Proficiency, then you will not get any points for it. 4) No relative in Quebec
My job descriptions is more on NOC 1221. Also, my graduate course is not on the List for the Area of Trainings, how can I claim points to that?
Thanks a lot!
One of the members already gave me the above points but I want to make sure how many points I will be getting for Education and Training.
Hoping for your kind help so that I can plan for the future of my family.
hi dear,,, can i know where and how can i find to calculate my points for qsw like this,,,
