if a visa office find out you submitted to the wrong one, will they automatically forward it for you to the right one?

E.g. I applied to montreal office but if they found it should have been paris, will they automatically send it to paris?

fr dot thefreedictionary dot com: This is my favorite, this is a real French dictionary, I mean french-french and most words have AUDIO pronunciation clicking the speaker icon
www dot acapela-group dot fr / text-to-speech-interactive-demo dot html: this was actually recomended by the online course I am taking from CIC, you type text and it reads it to you back and you can choose between french-quebec and french-france

These are the three sites I use all the time when doing homework at time of studying.

Now for courses, I really like the ones I found inside iTunes, they are free, I have two of my favorites, just look for this podcast:
1) Coffe Break French by RadioLingua. Every-Day phrases.
2) Learn french with daily podcast complete phrases every episode with examples of each word

I hope someone can help him/her self with this URL.

Hello,

  I am thinking about applying for Quebec but the information given on different websites is quite confusing. I filled out the evaluation form on official website of Quebec and got positive response but I am unsure about couple of things.

  My total years of full-time of education are 16 years and I hold MBA (1 year). But in evaluation form, Nothing was mentioned about Masters so I put myself as a holder of Post-graduate Diploma.

I don't have Bachelors degree as I am from UK and I have done two levels professional qualification CIMA before MBA. The duration was almost 2.5 years. When it comes to ' Areas of Training' can I put myself for category (Business Management DCS-3 years)?

I will really appreciate your views on this matter.

Well i am a MBA as well..though i have done Comp Engg as bachelors... Whether you fall into  (Business Management DCS-3 years) or not..well i had the same question and most of them too just had their point of view..but no one was sure... If you have got a positive reply on quebec then i think there is no harm in trying..

Actually I claimed the points for category Business Management DCS-3 Years as I think you cannot leave that field as blank. Did you choose 'post-graduate diploma' under education section. I am thinking about learning french too. How long would it took to reach the beginner level if somebody doesn't have any knowledge of french.

I just called the bank and they told me, In your account has been a charge of 547 euros or 699 Ca dollars from
the Quebec Embassy in Vienna (Austria). They have charged at 16, so two days ago.
Does this guys means that now i should wait for the AOR?
If is like this i going to have my AOR on Monday or so in the next week.

Damn fast the Vienna Office, A big up for this Office. i have just 14 days that i have send my application.
