3. Application for a permanent residence in Canada
•You and your spouse, if any, must complete the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), available on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada site (at the bottom of the page), and attach a photocopy of it to your Application for a Québec selection certificate. If you obtain a Québec selection certificate, send the original of this form to the Government of Canada with your application for permanent residence.

How many photos I attach with the form ??
as per the website: ◦an identifying photograph of each person (adults and children) stapled to the Photos section of the principal applicant's application.

Total how many forms I have send for the first time ? Just want to conform again b'coz there are lots of forms and I save 5 forms. Names are as follows,
1) Schedule 5 Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec - Economic classes.
2) Generic application form for canada.
3) Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse
4) CONTRACT RESPECTING FINANCIAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY
5) Application for Selection Certificate - Principal Applicant – Spouse or de facto spouse.

Any other form I missed please check it

◦a certificate stating all your employment experiences, issued by a public notary (for applicants from China);
◦a copy of employment contracts with your former and current employers;
◦a copy of all your work certificates.
•The work certificates must be produced on the company's letterhead. They must be dated and signed and bear the signatory's name and function. They must also give the following information:
◦start and end dates of your employment;
◦contact information for your employers, including their telephone number;
◦job positions that you held and a description of tasks that you performed.
•If you are working or have worked within a territory other than that of your country of citizenship, enclose, if such a document is required by the competent territorial authority: a copy of all your visas, temporary work permits or authorizations and renewals issued by the competent territorial authority, stapled to the corresponding work certificates.
•Internship certificates for work done during apprenticeship, training or specialization recognized by a diploma must be accompanied by the agreements made with the educational institution you attended.

Note: if you are unable to provide a letter of recommendation from your current employer or your employment contract, attach an explanatory letter to other official documents related to employment.

but, as per my understanding, you can contact and request your former employer to give you a duplicate contract. because without this, how will you prove your work experience? and QSW is all about the work experience and education of the principal applicant. I have reference letter of my employer, job duties letter, increment letter, salary certificate , appointment letter and total work experience letter. All are on the company letter head but not contract letter.

Take photocopy and attach this photocopies with the Application for Selection Certificate of you and your wife. Keep the original filled form with you. You will need to submit it at Federal PR Stage.
3) Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse yes, should be filled in by you as well as for your spouse.
4) CONTRACT RESPECTING FINANCIAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY yes, dont forget to mention the required amount of fund for total number of persons you are applying in your application.
5) Application for Selection Certificate - Principal Applicant – Spouse or de facto spouse. yes, for you as well as for your spouse.

Please correct me if I am wrong. yes, this is correct address. it is better to use a good trustworthy international courier/cargo such as DHL, FedEx to send your application.

That means only four forms I have to submit for applying for CSQ i.e Generic application form for canada(IMM 0008 E), Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse, CONTRACT RESPECTING FINANCIAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY, Application for Selection Certificate. That means me and my spouse fill the forms than the total quantity of forms are four at time of sending documents. Please check it out if I am missing.

Should I have to submit Travel form also or it at time of federal process ??

Hi All,

I just got a similar letter from BIQ Paris. My consultant has adviced that thsi means we are waitlisted for interview and that the interview date will be communicated shortly, most likely in the first quarter of the new year. Glad to know that it also signifies "no missing document". Please can the seniors in the house advice on interview preparation? Links on sites to refer to will be most appreciated.

Okay.. but in that case shouldn't everyone who gets called for an interview get a letter like this? Maybe, that is the case and i don't know.
