Oops ! sorry for posting the wrong file. I just followed the link that was posted in the forum. Maybe I ddnt get the latest file. Here are the latest tables from the "GUIDE DES PROCÉDURES D'IMMIGRATION"....

I am quite confuse with French language point system.
I have already applied before 5th December and revived AOR as well.
And i had DELF A1 exam recently. So, will they calculate my point according to old point system.
What if i get more than 50 point but less than 16 points in comprehension orale and expression orale, then i will  not allotted any points?

for IELTS listening+ reading from 8-9.0= you get 3 points + speaking from 7.0 -9.0 you get 3 points .Total for English = 6 points

i think you could be wrong on this. this is the rule they've implemented and they've specified the date and the conditions. cant question it unfortunately. if you submit the application without the lang test scores, then your file will be assessed without points for language. dont take that risk.

Dude....i think we have got a chance....coz its not a mistake from our END....so they might consider the old application...i think from now onwards....the people who r willing to apply from now will have to submit the docs...and one more thing....if they open our file....max they might ask us to Submit the ILETS and French scores   @   the time of the interview or before....but i think they wont be sending back our whole FILE....wat say?

Check this from the official site of the government of Quebec:

"Coming into force of the mandatory use of language proficiency tests

Effective December 6, 2011, all new candidates from the skilled worker subcategory who wish to obtain points in the selection grid for their French proficiency (applicants and spouses) and English proficiency (applicants only) must enclose with their immigration application attestations of results recognized by the Ministère. Children accompanying their parents are exempt from this new requirement.

In addition to optimizing the Ministère's selection practices, standardized tests ensure that the evaluation of candidates for their French and English proficiency is accurate, consistent and fair.

Effective December 6, 2011, the results of language competency tests recognized by the Ministère are the only language proficiency evaluation tool used for immigration candidates who submit an Application for Selection Certificate. Candidates who do not wish to submit an attestation of results recognized by the Ministère must specify this in the Application for Selection Certificate by marking the appropriate box on the form. They will not obtain any points for the language proficiency criterion.

For more information on this subject or to obtain a list of accredited centres for language competency tests recognized by the Ministère, please consult the Permanent workers - Proficiency in French or English section."

I understand your sentiment. We have put in a lot of effort gathering documents and putting the application together. It was unfair to change the rules overnight. As vibezwell points out there's a great deal of risk sending the application without the language tests. Are u willing to take that or be patient for a while and do the tests. I wish there was a way to request the quebec gov to move this rules to a future date. Good luck man
