I wonder under which circumstances an interview would be waived.

I am sorry Man, i really do not know. I guess it is based on application and points. if they are satisfied with your educational background and points that you earned they may waive the interview.
I thought I won't get call for interview as I have masters degree and got 12+ years of experience and my wife got double masters degree and 2 yrs of experience. even thought they called me for interview. but I made a small mistake ( forgot to attach back side photo copy of my masters mark sheet. there were some codes related to subjects in the back side of the mark sheets ). In Interview they called and verified for the same.

Hi all,

Does anybody has any idea about this Remarque Code in the CSQ. I have looked around and all say that has to do with some kind of priority for the visa office.

I remember that Wings and Shahi had a Remarque code of 130-135 and they both got the visa in 4 months.

Mine is 130

We need to find out  for what is this for.

I would like submit my CSQ application form, do I need to submit any bank statements along with my application form. Could you anyone let me know the documents to be enclosed along with application.

I am resident of Ireland and would like to submit my CSQ application to Paris Embassy.

Mine is also code 130 and also mentioned on CSQ " your application is on priority processing" waiting for the past 7 months to hear some thing from Bufflao office...nothing so far...
as geribubaboy said the code is nothing to do with priority processing...

My opinion is that the code has to do with the priority but the VO's do not respect that.
The Federals and Quebec province always has problems communicating both sides.
Is the French language that has grown too much from 1990. the English people don't want that.

Anyway, the visa will come one day. Don't worry, my goal and victory was the CSQ, after this is just matter of time.

I need your help about my CSQ application. I read the instructions carefully, but I don't know if there is any option for those who are in the process of learning French and do not own any certificate of French knowledge. Could you also tell me if there is any other document I need to submit with the form except the payment slip?

Thanks,  STILLHOPE but i think i does not match, because my file number at the point 2. Numero du dossier has 9 numbers and 2 letters = 11 Characters. The field of the CSQ number in the form has space for only 10 characters.
This makes the point 3 useful , the Numero de reference individuel which has 9 characters and fits to the field.
