Each title has a job description and a National Occupation Classification (NOC). you need to find out which one matches what you are doing currently and remember its NOC. This is mainly used for the federal part of the application.

Yes, you are correct, it has no branch in canada. I interpret the info on website differently.
however for your concern of sending money back to home country, they have arranged a facility for remittance with a foreign correspondents, but it is in toronto.. and also online..

Latest info from the Canada website.

EFFECTIVE December 23, 2010: If you are submitting a language test with your application, the results are now valid for 2 years from the time you took the test, instead of 1 year. This change applies to Federal skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class and Business Class Immigrants (investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed people).

I guess they have made a mistake- 2010 instead of 2011. Anyway it is the latest note on the website.Hope it helps smb.

Can anyone in this group advise the normal time frame (e.g. in months ) it can take to prepare for and write the DELF first & second exams?
