Hey friends,

I have once made this question and as it was raised again I am just asking again: My file number starts with E and my VO is Italy which does not fall under the explanation given by aplichante.ph

Does anyone of you have an idea why my file starts with E? (Senior members and the more experienced may know more about this)

Becuase if it is for federal then my number is also starting from EP*******
and if it is from BIQ then i dont have any idea.

My story starts in the early years buddy HAhaha just kidding. My interview was  30 March 2011 and they did not gave me the CSQ after the interview, but just now.

No this has not to do with the French proficiency , i had no problem with that. The Officer doubt in our University Diplomas because me and my wife has finished the same university in the same year and in the same branch. This cost us almost 9 month of verification. I have shared all my experience of 15 minutes of interview in my last messages left on this forum, you can see them from the date 30 March to 30 April.
