RICOLUNA you can Always apply from your country of Origin with no problem you will just need an address there for correspondence. also take into consideration that you will have to submit document issued from your country of origin during the federal part ex: police check

Yes, I second you. You can apply from anywhere, you have the legal residence for Federal part. I have searched this by myself as well. But in both cases my visa offices take 13 to 17 months to process the federal part. : (

Hello Seniors,
I just want to ask about the application:
Should i leave the first 3 pages of introduction with the application form?
Is there a preferred  way to set papers together, like application pages, or passport pages ? clips or staples?

Hi Syed,

The first communication issued by the Quebec Delegation is the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). The AOR provides the file number assigned to the application as well as the official receipt for the processing fees paid to the processing post. The issuance of the AOR clearly indicates that the application was received at the immigration processing post and that a file has been created and opened. The first AOR does NOT contain the assessment decision for the case.

Syed

If you apply for Quebec Skilled Worker, then BIQ issues you the AOR. Once you get your CSQ then you apply for the Federal part where again you receive an AOR for the Federal process.

Still hope has already received his CSQ with two AORs from BIQ Paris and today he has received his first AOR from the London Visa Office for the Federal part. I hope that makes it clear.
Thanks

StillHope , Iceberg does not agree with you, he is saying i must apply D2 from my country of residence, in my case Syria, nor from my country of origin Romania.

Iceberg are u sure???

Hello Ricoluna,

Here's what is on CIC website..

<<

4. Determine where to send your application.
You must submit your application to the correct visa office. That is the visa office that serves your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year.
>>

Canadian Visa Office for Applications for Permanent Resident Visas for Lebanon are in either Beirut (in Jal el Dib) or Damascus.
Visa office for Romania is only in Bucharest.

As far as I understand your husband is Lebanese & you are not currently living in Romania, hence you can pick either Beirut or Damascus offices for application for PR visas.

I hope you have a better vision now.

Dear Seniors,

I wish to inform you that recently I appeared for TEFaq exam. As well as, the result is Compréhension orale Niveau 2 (A2-CECR*) and Expression orale Niveau 3 (B1-CECR*). On the other hand, I had passed DELF B1 nine months ago. Which result is better for me to get CSQ ? Which result should send ?

Seniors, please advise me the best.
