Guys can u advise if i can apply the second file in my country of origin?? I am from Romania, but married and working in Lebanon, so i have sent first file to Damascus.I am on waiting list for an interview now. If i get the CSQ, can i apply D2 from Romania, couse from damascus it takes lot of time!!?? I am the principal applicant, me and my kids we have both citizenships (romanian and lebanese).

I got my first AOR today. YAY!!!!It was an e-mail and it was in the spam folder of my mail box  P.S.: The AOR is totally in French and I thought the canadian/quebec Govt. uses both English and French in official documents. Congrats !!! Shooting star !!! |

They both are right. You can apply from either place you have your residence. Now, its upto you what is more suitable to you. Application processing time is the one factor but will you also be able to provide all the necessary information more easily by staying in Syria? You need to decide it by yourself. I hope that helps.

Not agree with him, that is his opinion but i research a lot about this thing for my self u have right to send your application from your home land. i applied through Mr David Cohen and he was agree that i can apply from my home country and i m sure no one in this forum have more experience then Mr David Cohen.

nothing special is required. just ensure that u include the police report 4rm the UK and that from India... it seems u are trying to catch in of the super fast processin at the ND VO right? . that is a very smart move..... but u av to note that u will av to travel to india to take ur medicals... and ensure that u av a reliable contact address where someone will be readily available to inform u whenever u av a mssg...... cheers
