by midnite 2day and will from there will teke a 14hrs non-stop long haul to Montreal

Hi all, I would like to apply for Application for a Selection Certificate (DCS) but I was unable to find any photograph specifications in website. It would be great, if you could reply me in this regard.
The picture must fulfill the following criteria:
1 - Full front view of your head, you shoulders should be clear and your face should be in the middle of the photo
2 - Background should be light. It is adviseable if you get it in the white background.
3 - Your chin to crown should be 25 X 30 mm (1" X 1 1/5")
4 - Photo size should be 35 X 45 mm (1 3/8" X 1 3/4")

Hi Guys,
This not about my CSQ application, this is not relevant to the thread it's about student visa any help is much appreciated.
My brother is gonna apply to do his MSc in a Canadian University. He has done a BSc degree, but the institute he studied has been closed. Does the canadian university he's applying for or the visa office call the previous university to verify his BSc degree at any point? If they do, what are the steps he can take to make things right?
