hello people ..... hope all are doing good....

ok one query.... what if i am not able to get experience certificate from the employer..... i can though somehow get my Job description but it wont be signed and will just be on a company letter head.....
But i have the joining/contract letter mentioning my job title and joining date and i can get the salary slips for all the months....
can i write an explanation something like that i dont want to inform my employers about my decision to move to quebec yet because nothing is final yet and i dont want to hamper my relations with my employer......
Huh?

Cheers

@  Eddie..Send your TEF result..also try to pass DELF exams..they r cheaper..and are recognised by Quebec..ask Alliance Francaise in your country..Also attach proof of French courses you have attended....Apply..n improve french, pass DELF exams...you will do fine ..trust me..

Hi Shahi,

in the philippines, TEFaQ is cheaper compared to DELF. TEFaQ gives faster result specially the E-TEFaQ. I'm giving up taking another exam because its very difficult it seems my agency wants to see me get an Intermediate score but the Quebec office only gives me 120 days so I think that's impossible for me since we're not a french speaking country.

 @ PGDBM

its written on their website, that if you are unable to provide recommendation letter from your current employer, you can send an explanation with supporting docs.

Thats good to hear. By passing level 1, do you mean Delf A1?

But you didn't share the timings of your class and the course duration. can you share those as well?

Thanx!

I think that you don't know is your application successful or not based on AOR. They just say to you in the letter that they have opened your application for further analysis and that they have charged you some money. Also, they give you your's subject number and link to their website where you can track progress of your application.

When you get your AOR, they will inform you if you get your CSQ or they have to interview you. I think that they can reject you, too. BUT I AM NOT SURE!

Please, SHAHI or anybody, can you explain to me and vicky does the AOR means that they have calculated points from your application and that everything is OK and that they will give you CSQ or invite you to interview? They can't reject you after you receive an AOR?

Tnanx!

Hey guys,
I'm planning to apply for Quebec as well. I hear that you have an option of choosing the interview or the TEF? A consultant told me that when you are contacted to give you the QSC they will ask for your language test results. Also for IELTS, or proof of proficiency in English you can provide proof that you have worked in English. Does anyone know of the accuracy of these??

Also, I need to know what forms I have to fill out. It's very confusing for Quebec and there are a few checklists.

Could anyone help me with this?

Many many thanks,
M.

 @ Vicky and Canadien...

AOR means that file is opened...the result of CSQ or interview or further documents requirement comes later...

By the way, this PDF shows how many points you will get for each section.

mary

can you please elaborate what do you mean by choosing an interview or TEF? its their wish whether they will call the candidate for interview or not. also they can ask for the language proof whenever they want. can you please tell whats your country and visa office, so that i can guide you with froms, as there are different checklists for diff visa offices.
