Without actually know/have landed, I am planning Montreal or Laval.

Il y a plusieurs facteurs qui peuvent affecter ton choix..

Par exemple, le coût du logement..ce qui je pense est moins cher à Laval qu'à Montréal.

D'autre part, c'est bien relié à l'endroit où tu peux chercher/trouver un emploi lié à ton domaine ou bien un collège à joindre.

Je ne vais pas te dire des autres choses comme l'environnement, la météo, les salaires, les moyens de transports et les endroits du regroupement des Mexicains

Pour moi, je penses à Montréal..où il y a plusieurs sociétés de mon domaine.

  Please reply me. Amgra already gave his suggestion.

I am in USA. While giving the photo specifications no one is ready to give passport photo as per those specifications. I tried costco, walmart, walgreens etc. Can anyone help me.

Go for online evaluation...the evaluation does factor your AEO...so check out if you qualify or not??..Good luck!

 @ iceberg..Bro it takes easily upto 4 months to be called for the interview...i hope within that time period even my french language improves... lets hope it goes well for all of us..!!

could anyone provide advise on what is the equivalent level of my education vs. Quebec criteria?

Elementary- 6 years

High School- 4 years

College- 5 years  (Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering)

 Thanks for your replies. I am thinking to file application for Quebec in this July. I am also planning to attend for French classes from this month in local AF. This thread is so useful for me to clear all my doubts.
