if one wants to claim 6/6 in Language marks for English then how much bands are required in Both Listening and Speaking of IELTS Exam.

does cic have released the new list of occupations eligible for FSW? just watched on a local tv station that Canada is in need of more skilled workers just like   previous year nurses, managers, accountants etc.. so i thought that they have released it already since it is most likely that cic will release it this week..

I am afraid, they don't accept certified true copy of work experience certificates these days as it's clearly mentioned on the checklist that you need to send the original work experience certificates. Please follow the link given below in which you can see the checklist :

This is my first post, but I have been reading this forum for quite a while now and I just wanted to say that you guys are doing a great job helping and encouraging each other. I am very happy I found this place.  

Just a little bit about me... We have submitted our application to Paris BIQ back in November 2011 and now eagerly waiting to receive some news.
In the meantime I am trying to improve my French as well, as I can see some of you are doing the same.

I would like to suggest you some French comedies, which I found really helpful in learning the language (and it's also very entertaining).
the title is UN GARS UNE FILLE, it was originally a television series in Quebec

They made a really good French adaptation as well which you can find on Youtube

I just received my IELTS score, it's 6.5 on speaking, 8 on listening, 6.5 on both reading and writing. I want to know how many points I can get for QSW?

Lastly, is there any difference between DCS Business administration and Business management? Do I still get points for DCS business management even if I graduate from DCS business administration?

I have couple of doubts that i need to clarify so that i can fill the immigration form correctly:

1. For Question 5, it ask to list the area of training and code? I have a bachelor in Civil Engineering (4 Years Program from India). When i look up the area of training, there are two option, Civil Engineering Technology (12 points) and Bachelor in Civil, Construction and Transportation Engineering (6 points). I am confused with which option should i choose?

2. For Question 11, it ask have you ever applied for temporary stay in Canada? I had gone for my H1-B stamping to Calgary, Canada. Does it count as a temporary stay?
