Friends, please help.

I have a Bachelors+Masters in Commerce from India

I have a slight confusion in Q.4. of the Application for Selection Certificate:

Are you the holder of one or several of the following diplomas:

1) Quebec diploma 2) Canadian diploma 3) Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Quebec regulatory body 4) Foreign diploma covered by a Mutual Recognition Agreement (ARM)

Is it No.3 or No.4? Please suggest. Thanks!

while i have filled up the form there was one option Others . So i have chose that option and written Master in Computer science from your country name.
I am not 100% sure but you have to choose option 3.
But still wait for other forum members to reply on this.
Hey Vicky....Congrats!

Can you please tell me what to do here? Nobody else seems to be responding.

Hey, it is published in Canadian registered website..
There is a chance that its going to be new point system. Well, I think we need to wait some more time in order to confirm this on other websites.

By the way, I scored 70+. :-) as per this assessment.

My take on this is that you clearly do not have a spouse -even by their definition of a spouse-. Even for someone that is married, the spouse category is only taken into consideration when he or she is physically accompanying the principal appliquant. They can't ask for 63 points when clearly the spouse is not even there and he/she is not contributing to giving any points.

You need a document clearly showing that the father is no longer part of your life and that he has no say in the decision that you make for your child. This is needed especially if the father's name is on your child's birth certificate.

You basically need to prove that you are not taking the child without his knowledge when he in fact has a say in the matter.
