sharptooth, 1. is it compulsory to send salary slips as per new rules since i am on training period and get salary direct in my account and therefore no salary slips no tax return. if it is must then how can i explain it in my case so that they dont reject i would like to know from applicats who just applied whether they sent their salary slips or notYes, it is compulsory to send salary slips. since you are paid salary, the hr should ideally provide the breakup of the salary. if there is no practice of providing salary slips in your company, approach the HR and demand salary slips / breakups for the last 3 months. say that you need it for applying a loan or something if you dont want to disclose immigration plans.
even if your salary falls below the taxable bracket, you can demand a form16 from the company. with that you can declare your income and file your returns. there is no cost to file tax returns. the checklist asks for a tax return doc.2. also regarding 750$ fee payment specially from indian applicants i want to know which is the most convenient method to make payment i mean whom to approach and how to do it in a safe and sound manner which bank, instituition etc.you can approach any of the nationalised / private banks and ask for a demand draft payable in canadian dollars. Private banks are easier to deal with and dont require much paperwork. I got mine done with ICICI bnk. another advantage is that you can also get in touch with them to check the status of the DD- when it was paid out etc. thats a sign that ur file has been accepted.3. also should i send my cv and a separate motivation letter now which is no longer mentioned in the documents list form A1520 AAyou're right. the checklist doesnt ask for a CV now.4. also i did my internship but as i am able to fulfill minimum experience criteria with just my employment therefore do i need to send internship certificate or not?Checklist mentions that internship certificates have to be attached. they've also specified what needs to be present in the certificate.5. also there are forms for comparative evaluation of studies outside quebec and also form for financial assistance for learning french language is it preferable to send these as part of your application? not required.

if a single applicant is issued a permanent resident visa and then gets married he can go ahead and land in Canada. He can later ( on fulfilling certain conditions) sponsor his spouse to come over to Canada. this section is what you should refer: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.aspfrom the site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-who.aspIf you live in Quebec, you must also meet Quebec's immigration sponsorship requirements, after Citizenship and Immigration Canada approves you as a sponsor.Hi Mkshah, thanks for ur response but My query is : if after obtaining the Visa as single applicant & then he gets married-- he can go alone & then call his wife on spouse visa ?

Hi janki, pts for work experience will be given based on total work experience...which will be full 8 points as your total exp is more than 5 yrs,
And points of AOT will be awarded based on if you possess this 1 latest year exp related to your MBA. Other members pl suggest on my comments.
Hello mkshah, The experience points will be for the experience in the last 5 years not before

Yes, you are correct Bachar. You will earn points for the number of years you have spent in full-time (30 hours per week) or equivalent paid work during the last 5 years in skilled, semi-skilled and management occupation (Skill levels A, B, C and O of National Occupational Classification). You must have at least 6 months experience to considered as a Quebec skilled worker. Points are awarded on the following basis: Experience Points Four years or more 8 points Three years 6 points Two years 6 points One year 4 points 6 months 4 points Less than 6 months 0 point I given her 8 points based on my assumption if she has atleast 4 yrs of work exp in last 5 yrs. If not, then she will get points of work exp as per above rule.

In last five years, i have studied for 2 years, so i will get points for 3 years only?

You must submit as per their requirements. If you can not, then u can attach salary certi, but you should write a covering letter. Else what I suggest, you send an email to them asking for alternative documents in place of salary slips.
