Hi javeed, thanks for the english version and details of the new law. I have one query regarding this.

if any person's work experience in last 5 yrs is not related to his education and also his education is done before more than 5 yrs. so, in this case his AOT pts will be zero .... now my query is that, can he apply under this new law?
If yes, then he will come under which of these 3 groups?

hey guys,

if anyone of you is interested to apply i suggest you to go fast because they are going to put a cap on Quebec applications also, they divided applications in three groups.

Group 1 has no limits
Group 2 will be limited to 14300 applications only
Group 3 0

...My interview was so easy.....Very, very easy...The guy was so cool and he was so glad to know people like me want to move to Canada with my EXPOSURE and EXPERIENCES, and besides I already have 5yrs multiple visa to Canada, and I have done lots of travelling around the world conducting researches and lots of high standard scientific publications to my name...My interview was like 98% English, although l speak  (English, Swedish, Spanish, German & French), after asking me 2-3 questions in French, he was like waoh...u are an assest....He said they actually wanted to see me in person if l was REAL...Hahahahaha...I have BSc, MSc(Tech) & PhD form Africa, Europe and U.S.A.

As I understand this, the group 3 CAP is set to '0' which means no more applications accepted for this group right?

cap system already implemented from 21 march 2012. Please see the last paragraph in the link given below :

Do you notice that the form Application for a Selection Certificate (A-0520-AA) can not be filled anymore in computer (using Adobe reader). Or can you? How?

Thanks for the file you shared with us, i don't think the 0 point is accepted anymore, even if the sum of file points is equal or more than 49 for singles or 57 for married
