I have sent an email to BIQ.HQ regarding to whether i have to send original or notarized copy of DELF A2 result.
They replied as below

HI ALL,
This is regarding the Part time Mtech(Week end classes). I have inquired from the Quebec giverment helpline number, they say that thay are not worried as how have i achieved this degree i.e Part time, full time or distance education . If i can produce the certificate then i can claim ponits.
any one please sugget from where 16hr/ week is written in the website.

I Got
B1 Compréhension orale I was about to get B2   just few points Wrong -1 point answers pushed me down
A2 Expression orale    I was also about to get B1  

Do you think the office will see these things?

Expression orale points divided into the following parts each has points
-Recueil d'information (sur 120)
-Exposé des faits et argumentation (sur 150)
-Syntaxe, lexique et élocution (sur 180)

I just received my IELTS score, it's 6.5 on speaking, 8 on listening, 6.5 on both reading and writing. I want to know how many points I can get for QSW?

Lastly, is there any difference between DCS Business administration and Business management? Do I still get points for DCS business management even if I graduate from DCS business administration?

you can get 5 points, 2 point for speaking and 3 points for listening.

How many points can I claim for DCS Business Administration diploma obtained in a foreign country? For Business management, you can claim 12 points but Business administration is not on the list of preferred training so I am very worried that I won't get any points.  In Korea,there's no difference btw business administration and management.

Also if I will not get the enough score in B1 but pass the exam how much point I can claim in both the situation.

You completed DELF level A1 then A2? If your DELF A2 now you get 6 points

When you are talking about B1 level  I think you read on my post, I was about to get B2/B1 TEFAQ

Its very hard to be in B1 but not impossible, you get 8 points.

For B1 level you can put on your CV fluent  not easy at all

I never done DELF so I dont know anything about it, if you do TEFAQ and get B1/A2 7 points very good push

Wait , Wait, Wait !!! I don't know when this wait game will end. No hope .. no news.. After longtime wait if they say that the person is rejected. then can understand the disappointment can lay on him? Even, no news for the proceeding that January, February people are getting call. then we can estimate our turn. Even that also not visible. Many days after they update the Selection mission and that also for 30 or 40 days. I don't know their intention.
