I spoke to the Montreal BIQ and they told me that the reason they haven't updated the numbers for Group 2 of Skilled Workers is because they actually verify if the entire file is complete, only then it is counted as 'received' whereas for the Business/other categories, they don't have to do all that, hence it took them hardly any time to update that.

Academic IELTS will do no problem, but you have to send them original result.

Please be CAREFUL in notifying them about your mistakes, so that they dont FLAG your file RED...just wait a few more days
to hear a response from them. They recieve so many applications and maybe they have not even open your package...But just be careful in your disyurbing them with emails and stuff....wait few days and see if they will reply

Good news! BIQ HK has given me the chance to update my documents. I am on the verge of collating my documents!

Do you think that sending them my Employment contract since I started working up to present will be beneficial?

Hi vickyrocks,
I m sure you sent the original certificates to update them about language test results in 2011 & 2012.

Now, if you wish, there is no harm in sending notarized/true copies of the same certificates along with A-0520-MA form which is used for updating changes.
Also attach a copy of the letter which you have written to them previously at the time of updating about language test results.

Mkshah, Buddy should I also use A-0520-MA in updating my documents? or should I only update what I had wrote on my correspondence?

Pls ineed help urgently, i just realised that the address i sent to BIQ Paris did not include the house number, just the street name. How can i send them correct address (i dont speak french yet, so i cant understand the telephone conversations). Is there other ways i can contact them?

Yes attachments are supporting documents related to your update, if you want then you can send older employment contracts but they need only 5 years which has value and give you points.

Dear fiirm,

Have you receive your AOR or any thing from them in your email? if yes then you have to update them by sending a form "A-0520-MA" which is related to all updates. otherwise write them a letter to update you address do not forget to mention your passport number your date of birth, your first and last name etc.

Did you make this error throughout your application or just in one instance and where?  The application is structured in such a way that you will have multiple times to write your address(es), for example: In the application itself, at the beginning and places you lived since 18 years old.  he adrees labels you must supply with your application and on the evelop you submit itself...if its in one place I dont think that's a grave mistake and warrant you to send an update form, because the Visa Officer will pick up on the mistake.
