(there were no need for sending the original documents, because these docmnt are really precious it would be nice if u have sent the notarized copies.)
rest of dox are  notarized copies (Did u send the appointment letter/contract and ur job desccription? because they want applicants to send the job related documents so tht in interview they have better knowledge about ur working history)

i am new to this forum.we applied for quebec in oct 2010.my husband is the principal applicant ...we got our interview dates .its on may 10th at newyork.in the invitation they mentioned dependent children above 22 ......i have a toddler she is 2 years old ,is it ok if i take her to interview ?

I did my interview last week  @  New York too...Yes you have to go with your toddler..did you include her/him on your application?

You dont need to bring your kid as only children above 22 will be included in the interview.  They wont like as as 2 yrs old kid might cause some distruction and you wont be able to concentrate..... When we had ours we left our 2 yo son at home.  Hope this help.

2012). So all applications they rcvd after this date will be
processed as per this new rule.
In skilled worker category, they have divided
applications in 3 groups:
Group 1: this will include basically all applicants
who are applying from within canada/quebec or have ties some or other way with canada/quebec.
There is no cap applied for this group 1.
You will also be a part of group 1 if your AOT is in
the new list issued for 16 or 12 pts for AOT.
however, now you must have related work
experience in your field of AOT in last five years. If not then you will not be in Group 1,  but in Group 3.
In Group 2, they have included the AOT with 6 pts.
There is cap for this group 2. Maximum of 14300
applications will be processed from 21st march 2012 to 31st march 2013. The first update on applications received after 20th March 2012 will be
made available on website on 31st March 2012.
Group 3: if you nnot find yourself in  group 1 of
group 2, then u will come in group 3. And they will
not accept any application for this group 3. I hope this info will help to clear the ambiguities.   

As per the news I dont understand Group 1.Also confused in which group  I will be fitted.

total point is 53 I am missing two point , more details I applied in September 2010 , the interview was in March 12 in New York ,

I got full point for education 12 , experience 8 , english  6, no point for family or stay in Quebec or children , French 5 out of 16 , Training is 6 , employed offer 0 , adaptability 3 out of 6 , age 12
