Is there anybody applying through BIQ PARIS that is yet to receive AOR?
I just needed to know how the processing is,  i sent my application since Sept 2011 and am yet to receive any information from the visa office. Any suggestion what i need to do?

Dear Umer,

As per new rule Business Management fall under group 1 as "Gestion de commerce" or
"Business Management" if this will match with you then you will be awarded 12 points. ( I dont agree it depends is it a university degree or college level degree, and gestion de commerce means Bachelors in commerce not Business Management) Please correct me if i am wrong..Peace out

If ur federal PR process takes longer than 3 years period from the issue date of CSQ, then u must apply for renewal of CSQ at the end of this 3 year period. It is not a re-apply case, just renewal of CSQ.
But, if you didnt apply for your federal PR within 1 year period from the date of issue of CSQ, and this 1 year is over, then ur CSQ will become invalid. And this will be re-apply case, starting afresh to get CSQ again.

Thanks for the info "mkshah"..but my interviewer told me I should apply ASAP, and I will get my PR within 4-5mths, I told him getting police reports (especially) from USA takes longer time (12-16wks), and He said l should just take all my time...And besides, it is "BOLDLY WRITTEN ON TOP OF MY CSQ"...Pirioty Treatment....

You must apply asap.. ! and I will get my PR within 4-5mths, it is average processing time for federal PR applications submitted from within CANADA. And besides, it is "BOLDLY WRITTEN ON TOP OF MY CSQ"...Pirioty Treatment....
priority is considered only during csq stage. once your application reach to federal stage, it will be considered at normal processing norms as per the other applications. There is nothing like ...Priority Treatment.... at federal PR processing stage. But surely, you have reached to federal PR stage at really a rocket fast speed due to priority given to your applicaton at CSQ stage.

No one can assume exact time of waiting...but meanwhile you can increase your chance of points using french skills.
More, seniors discussed before on this waiting game and we will have to wait for next upcoming mission.May be in the end of this year.
So hope for the best.

Thanks for your correction but unfortunately "gestion" means in french "management" and Bachelor in commerce is called "baccalauréat en commerce".
