Dear Experts, As per new A-1520-AA , Please advise about the below , * How would we get certified Educational Dox ? FYI, I have already got Certified them from Respective boards, such as my Bachelor Degree from Higher Education Commission Pakistan(HEC) , other Inter and Matric dox from (IBBC Karachi) or * I have got Incom Tax Return Challan copies of every month from my Finance depart then who would certify them futher for (cretified true copy). * Birth Certificate, I have made it from NADRA, then who would certify it then  . Your kind reply would be higly appreciated regards AA |

I think earlier notarised photocopies were acceptable. but now you have to submit originals. This is a new checklist provided on the Immigration Québec site. ive applied for caips and will check the detail when i receive it well.... i guess none has any clue. what is your lawyer saying about this ? only positive thing about it is that on 6th feb they've asked you for the repr form. thats an indication that your papers are being looked at. I've read something about the BFD (brought fwd date) on this forum... so i guess it will be examined in detail on that date and decisions taken. its been a while for you... but it cant be much further. hang on tight ! all the best.  |

depends on the scores of the production orale and production ecrit  looks like you've low scores in B1, if you have scored between 8 and 16 for B1 then you will be considered on par with A2 levels. so that means 6 pts (3+3) for french. if you've scores above 16 for B1, then you get 8 (4+4) |

You don't need to include the original IELTS within your file, you must ask British Council to send it to the Canadian Embassy! you van include copies only and writ eon them original to follow via BC.

Hey guys,
Since the whole QSW process takes a lot of time (18-24 months) from the time of application, can we apply for a student visa to study in Quebec right away while waiting to receive the PR through QSW?
