To all people wondering about French level and DELF exams:
If you're smart enough it is possible to pass A2 after studing French for a month with portals like busuu.com - got my results today - 60/100 - welcome more CSQ points  Grin

Hi Lirjan,
The news for me is:

 " Address disappeared on 27.01.2012"
Except  this My status changed from RBVO to In Process and a line was added to status saying " We started processing your application on 24.01.2012"

Still address is missing.
I am hoping for the MR to come these days as the address is still missing!

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/any-ones-address-disappeared-today-27th-january-2012-t94471.210.html
You can also follow this thread just to have an idea if this happens to you later on.

And you, is there any news from you?

I really do not understand this Missing address problem. If you can find time PM me to clear this out. Until now no news from my application. I don't know, i hope it will take a year until get my visa. If it will take much more than that, then it will be a problem for me.

Mine is also missing address from 27th Jan. but no updates from them. I am not sure if this has to do any thing with processing.

Yes, it is not mentioned any where.
when you said you are going to submit for federal I assume that you got your CSQ. if so there in the Buffalo visa guide they did mentioned
"If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals"

as there are very few documents to send as a QSW ( like birth certificate and marriage certificate etc.).
even thought they are in English I requested my bank ( TD Bank ) to certify as a true copy. and they did it for free.

I suggest to send them all the documents as a certified true copy to avoid any delays. who knows who will process your file.

regards
Syed

Hey respect, I totally agree with syed.. You better be safe and notarize these few documents than sorry at a later stage if they request them to be notarized.
I mean if they are notarized then for sure they will have no problem will that and they will still process them for you, but it won't work the other way around...

Wish you all the best
Good luck  Smiley

Thanks a lot Stngr,  I got encouraged by your feedback because I was really scared that it might really take something between 3 to 6 months to archive that even with hard study... Thanks  Smiley

Ok, sad news, today i've recieved intention of rejection (perm401) due to insufficient points :-(
So, what i have:
Education: 10 (expected 10)
AOT: 0 (expected at least 6)
Experience: 4 (expected 6)
Age: 16 (expected 16)
French: 2 (expected 2, now have A2 so will get at least 3)
English: 6 (expected 6)
that makes total of 38 out of 42 of preliminary (employability) stage required which sucks, anyway need some advice what to do next with few things:

1st - AOT - how to convince them to compare it against certain quebec degree - i thought about printing list of all classes on similar major on quebec university - what do you think?
2nd - French knowledge - I've passed A2, have results online, but wont get paper diploma within next probably 2 months, which sucks, cause my CSQ file will be rejected in 60 days - can I send them details of AF center i took the exam along with my candidate number to verify it?
3rd - A2 - i got 18 on listening and 5.5 on speakin, according new rules its 3+0, how was A2 counted before dec 2011? Can anyone advice, I can ask then to review my A2 against old rules, which was valid at the time my application was submitted

Appreciate your help on this, as well as any other advices :-)
